Refund Policy
Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We accept damaged or wrong art print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 7 days, we will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt!
Please be aware an exchange/refund may not arrive in time for Holidays or other special events.
Original Paintings
Please contact us before purchase to arrange a viewing and make sure you are happy with your painting before placing the order. Joe is usually available for both in-person and virtual studio tours and viewings upon request. However, due to a busy schedule, he can also provide a complimentary presentation featuring recommended artwork and prints for your project, along with a mockup of the art displayed in your space.
We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. If your painting or art print is damaged in any way you must contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
