Delivery Details

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully. Every order is custom-made just for you and securely packaged to protect it during transit.

Shipping Information (USA Only)

We currently ship only within the United States. Framed canvas prints ship from Madison, WI.
● Estimated Delivery: 7–18 days This includes processing, packaging, and transit time. Framed canvas can take an extra 1-4 days if large or oversized.
● Tracking Provided: You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Return & Replacement Policy

All orders are custom made, so we do not accept general returns. However:
● You may cancel an order before it enters production. Once it has been printed, no
refund can be issued. Please send contact immediately if you need to cancel.
● If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong fine art image, you can
request a free replacement or refund. Please report it within 7 days of delivery by
phone or contact form.
● If the issue is due to damage during shipping, we will replace your print at no cost after you send photos for verification so we can also make a claim with the shipping company.
● You may be asked to bring the damaged package to your local post office to verify the
claim and/or provide images of the packaging, artwork, damage, and clear label photos.
